Processing a Service Request (NEW)

When you first log into Maximo you will see the Start Centre. The Start Centre provides a breakdown of all the New Service Requests, colour coded by the crew responsible

  1. Select the Service Request you wish to process by clicking on it
  2. Enter the technician’s note in the log
  3. Add an image as an attachment if available

You can always return to the Start Centre from anywhere in the system by clicking the Home Icon on the top left of the Maximo screen.

  1. Initiate the Workflow

  2. Accept workflow assignment by clicking OK
