The following guide has been established to help the Call Centre Agents to log a service requests directly into Maximo as part of the business continuity plan, in the event the call centre system is down.

Create a New Service Request: on the left-hand side of the MAXIMO Start Centre go to ---> New Service Request, an auto number will be generated.
